1. Have you ever been nude/semi-nude in public (sunbathing/photoshoot/streaking...)?
Yes, I have actually. However, it was in the middle of nowhere (this is Nebraska remember)so I'm not sure if it qualifies as 'public'. At one time, there were pictures to prove it. ;)
2. Have you ever had sex at your workplace?
Does a car in the parking lot count?
3. Do you ask your partners to take an AIDS test or ask if they have?
No, I've never asked a partner for an AIDS test, but isn't it mandatory when you get married now? Or maybe that's when you're pregnant... *shrug*
4. Ever tried a beer bong?
Nope, and I'm sure I never will.
5. Have you ever spread a rumor about your ex or ex's new gf/bf?
It's been so long since I've had an ex...I don't remember, but I don't think so.
Think of two words that describe...
1. The smells of summer: cut grass
2. The sights of summer: blazing sun
3. The sounds of summer: mosquitos buzzing
4. The touch of summer: sandy toes
5. The tastes of summer: cherry popsicles

Another pic of my new baby!
Bailey has been sleeping with her at night, Randy just can't take her constant whining. lol Faith is getting better with her, but I still don't trust her enough to them home alone together without being in seperate rooms.
I'm a bad mommy. I let Austin play in his baseball game last night with the stitches. We bandaged it up really good and got him some new baseball gloves. He played a GREAT game and thankfully his thumb is fine.
I have my moms camera, so I think I may try to take some pictures today. My subjects haven't been very cooperative lately, so we'll see...
Have a good day everyone, and a FUN, BUT SAFE holiday weekend!! :D
No baseball, no swimming for 10 days. This really sucks because they NEED him on the team and the pool opens next Monday. Good thing tomorrow is his last day of school, it might have been kinda hard to write for a week or so.
It's been a rather scary week. I had a close call with a train. My brakes don't work as good as I thought they should. And then on the way home tonight, I was busy talking to Austin and almost assholed a truck.
I haven't really felt good for a week. Kind of hard to explain, but I think it has to do with my sunburn.
Blah. I post when I'm not zonked. Have a good rest of the week everyone.

Leave it to my Bailey to have made my day already. I don't know how he remembered today was Mother's Day, his time and space perception is sooo off. First thing I woke up to this morning was him running in to my bed "Get up mommy, it's Mother's Day! Stay right here, I'll be right back!" I figured he was going to get a picture he colored or a peanut butter sandwich he made. Instead he comes back with a tiny package, complete with a bow. Inside was a rainbow candle he had made at school. Somehow he smuggled it into the house this week and hid it from me. I take their backpacks the minute they walk in the door to get their papers. He was pretty proud of himself for keeping the secret. After exchanging loves and kisses, he snuggled in bed with me until a few minutes ago. *warm fuzzies*
I also became a surrogate mother for a few days this week. Randy found a baby duck wandering by himself in the parking lot at work. There had been a whole family, but some lady was trying to take pictures of them and the mom got scared and took off, leaving 2 babies behind. He never did find the other one, but knowing they were doomed anyway, he brought the remaining duck home. It was teeny, probably no more than a day or 2 old. I took it to school on Thursday and of course the preschoolers were in awe. I let each one of them hold it. That night the kids asked a neighbor who has ducks, if they would keep it, but they said no, so we had ourselves a baby duck. We decided to name him Nugget. I knew we would be lucky if Nugget made it to the weekend. I was right, Friday when I got home, he was gone. Austin was beside himself. I tried to explain that he was too little from the start to be without his mommy, but to look at it this way, he had made 21 preschoolers very happy for a day. And at least at our house, we knew he hadn't gotten run over in the parking lot. That seem to calm him, and Austin buried him close to his garden. RIP Nugget!
Have a wonderful Sunday/Mothers Day!! :D
Track Your Visitors on a Map!
I have a HORRIBLE ear infection. I've been taking antibiotics for 4 days and it hasn't gotten any better. I'd scream, but it hurts too much. I had chronic ear infections as a kid and this is worst I ever remember my ear hurting so bad, and I had an ear drum rupture!
2 more days of school left...just 2 more days....

I hope you all are having a wonderful Easter! My mom boycotted Easter this year because she's on a roll losing weight with Weight Watchers. She didn't want to ruin her diet with a big meal today, and after her heart scare, I can't say I blame her. So while you all are having Easter egg hunts and eating ham, guess what I'm doing?!

Even though we've lived here over a year now, we'd never started our fireplace. Since we're snowed in, we figured why not. I've never had a fireplace before so I was amazed at how much heat it actually put it out. I was worried about the dangers, but maybe I'll be braver next winter.
( Because I haven't posted pictures in awhile...Collapse )
I think the dog had the most fun! She loves running around in the deep snow.
Not much else going on, I should've done something productive the past 3 days, instead we've been laying around watching movies. I'm gonna drag the boys outside this afternoon to make a family of snowmen. They got tired of being tackled by the dog and came in early.

Any other Virgo's on my f-list?
Your March Horoscope by Susan Miller
Take a deep breath, dear Virgo. March will be quite a challenge. While it will be a terrific month for your career, relationships won't go nearly as easily. This month holds two eclipses, one in Virgo on March 14, and one in Aries on March 29. The one in Virgo is likely to bring things to light that will change the course of your life in at least one major area. You'll need to make quick decisions and deal with things nearly instantly - keep your schedule open so that you will have the time to deal with things as they come to you.
As the month begins, you will be focused on what you need for yourself in life and what you need from your closest relationships. Although you might accurately say that you've been focused on one relationship for quite a long time - one that may have given you many sleepless nights - this month appears to be a far more important month than most. Last month, on February 27, a new moon appeared in your seventh house of established relationships, so a new era in your relationship timeline was to surface.
( and some more for the Virgo..Collapse )
I'm glad today is half over. I love my boys, but wrestling meets are for the birds. It's a bunch of hurry up and then.....wait, and wait.......and wait some more, and wait even more. I waited for about 6 hours today, total wrestling time, probably less than 30 minutes. I spent most of that time alone, the other parents there were of the older boys so I don't know them very well. Not my idea of a good way to spend a Saturday.
I thought by now, I'd be back to my normal self. But the Influnenza still lingers. I called the doctor early this week to tell him I still had a low grade fever. He told me not to expect to feel totally well for 5-8 weeks. WHAT??!?! The doctor at the hospital told me I'd "feel like a new woman in 48 hours". Yeah right. I'm tired 23 hours of the day, I still have a low fever that comes and goes and don't even get me started on the headaches. Needless to say, next year I will be getting the flu shot.
Not much else new, I've been so tired, I just come home and go to sleep. Yeah, my life is soooo exciting.
Hope you all are doing well. Hang in there those of that aren't. Until next time....

I was told to notify anyone I had been in contact with the past 48 hours so they could contact their doctor to see if they should be put on Tamaflu. I'm the only one sick in my family, but they put us all on it to be safe.
Bundle up and stay healthy!
